Our story
OrderViaChat began as a WhatsApp store-builder product. That product was discontinued in 2026 — the storefronts were shut down, and there is no longer any way to sign up or create a store here. What we kept is the part owners found most useful: the playbooks and the calculators. Today the site is a free, independent resource — no accounts, no upsells, nothing to buy — focused on helping small businesses sell direct and understand the real economics of every ordering channel.
Who runs this
Rizwan builds small, privacy-respecting web tools and writes about helping independent businesses sell online without heavy fees or middlemen.
