Adding a New Product
From your Admin Dashboard, click "Add Product" and fill in:
Product Name
Be specific: "Chocolate Fudge Brownie" not just "Brownie"
Price
Enter the base price. For different sizes, use the smallest size price.
Description
1-2 appetizing sentences: "Rich dark chocolate brownie with gooey fudge center, topped with sea salt."
Photo
Upload a clear, well-lit photo. Natural light works best!
Organizing with Categories
Categories group products for easy browsing:
Restaurant
Starters · Mains · Desserts · Drinks
Bakery
Cakes · Cookies · Pastries · Breads

Tops · Bottoms · Dresses · Accessories
Adding Product Variants
Variants let customers choose options like:
- Sizes: Small, Medium, Large
- Flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry
- Add-ons: Extra cheese (+$2), Bacon (+$3)
How Variants Work
Customers see options to choose their variant. The selection is automatically included in the WhatsApp order message.
